Anthony "Tony"  R. Dosien

Anthony "Tony" DosienAnthony "Tony" DosienBentley, KS:  Anthony “Tony" R. Dosien passed suddenly on Sunday December, 14, 2014 while enjoying an afternoon outdoors with his beloved wife Janet (Ehresman) Dosien near their home in Augusta, Missouri.  He was 60 years young.  Dear father of Jill (Sean) Trego, Ashley (Matt) Hatchett, Kymberly (Dan) Breen, Zachary Curtis, Courtney Curtis and Cody Curtis.  Proud Boppy (grandfather) of Max and Katheryn Trego.  Loving son of Phil and Joyce Dosien (nee Pike).  Dear brother of Nancy Dosien.
Tony was an avid outdoorsman and chef extraordinaire of all things wild, feathered, furred, and scaled.  He was the host with the most who could conjure up a tailgate anywhere at any time.  He played basketball at Washburn University, attended Kansas State University, and spent ten years farming before he graduated from Wichita State University.  He sent kids to school at K-State, KU and Iowa, but remained a Wildcat at heart.  Tony enjoyed his work as a VP of Sales.  He instilled his strong work ethic in his kids and showed them all how to work hard and play hard.  When away from work, Tony enjoyed escaping to Council Grove to float on the water or Lake City, Colorado to ride the trails and conquer mountains.
Tony knew how to live.  He loved deeply, lived fully and surrounded himself with a family that blended beautifully.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is patient,

    Love is kind.

        It does not envy,

            It does not boast,

                It is not proud.

                    It is not rude,

                        It is not self-seeking,

                           It is not easily angered,

It keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil

                                    But rejoices in the truth.

                                        It always protects,

                                            Always trusts,

                                                Always hopes,

                                                    Always perseveres.
